What happens to my 2023 perks when I renew for 2024?
When you renew for 2024, you will now be on next year's perks, meaning you will forfeit any remaining Bring A Friend Free visits left on your 2023 Season Pass. Be sure to use all eligble Free Friend Passes before renewing!

Do Story Land Platinum Passholders need to visit Story Land before visiting other sister parks?
Yes, Platinum Passholders should visit their home park first. If you renewed your season pass, you do not need to visit your home park before visiting sister parks. Your Platinum Souvenir Cup can only be picked up at Story Land/your home park.

Do I need to activate my Season Pass?
Upon your first visit to the park, if you are a new season passholder please stop into Guest Services to have your photo added to your account. If you wish, you can swap your digital/paper season pass for a season pass card. Please bring your season pass voucher printed or on your mobile device for entry and benefit redemption. If you renewed your current season pass card for the 2024 season, please bring it and scan right into the park!

As a Platinum or Gold Season Passholder, can I use a free friend and a $10 friend on the same day?
Yes! One free friend and one $10 friend can be redeemed on the same day so long the passholder visits on an eligible date for their pass level. Example: Gold Passholder can visit on a Sunday in June and redeem one free friend and one $10 friend.

I am a Platinum Passholder, how do I pick up my 2024 Platinum Souvenir Cup?
Stop by Guest Services (during the 2024 operating season) at the front of the park to scan your pass and pick up your Platinum Souvenir Cup. Platinum Souvenir Cups cannot be picked at any other locations or parks.

How many people does a Season Pass cover?
A Season Pass gives one guest unlimited access to the park, all season long!* Some pass levels come with the added benefits of bring a friend free tickets or discounted admission for only $10 on select days. A valid form of admission is required for any guest entering the park (ages 3 & up). Season Passes are not transferable.

Who can use my 3 Free Admissions with my Platinum Pass?
Your 2024 Platinum Season Pass comes with 3 Free Friend admissions to be used at Story Land only. The Platinum Passholder can use one Free Friend admission per day, up to a total of 3 on any day their 2024 Season Pass is valid. Passholder must be present.

Will my unused 2023 Season Pass be valid in 2024?
All unused season passes will expire after the date listed on the season pass. Season Passes are non-refundable.
