Epic September is BACK
2024 will see the return of EPIC SEPTEMBER, a series of special events that combine the fun of Story Land with an extra dash of wholesomeness. It starts September 2th with a fun run through the park to benefit Believe In Books Literacy Foundation. Then there’s Grandparents’ Day for multiple generations of family to share the fairy tale magic together. And for our guests who need a quieter park experience, we turn down the volume all around for Sensory Sensitive Weekend. Safety Awareness Day and Hero Appreciation Days round out a full month of experiences that are equal parts fun-for-all and good-for-all. Bring the family for EPIC SEPTEMBER at Story Land.
Believe In Books Fun Run

Presented by Memorial Hospital, the Fun Run at Story Land to benefit Believe in Books Literacy Foundation. Racing takes place through the park with all participants received FREE park admission for the day, and kids can meet all of their favorite story book characters. Sign-ups for this event will take place Summer 2024.
Grandparents Day

Grandparents get FREE admission to Story Land this Grandparents Day! Bring the whole family for multi-generational fun Sunday, September 8th.
One free Grandparent per paid admission. Paid admission can be a day ticket or a valid Season Pass. No reservation needed.
Sensory Sensitivity Weekend

We're turning down park volume for our Sensory Sensitive Weekend, but are turning up the fun! Enjoy the quieter side of Story Land along with all the fun you know and love, plus you can meet with local organizations in the park like ACTS Service Dogs & more.

Safety Awareness Day

We're bringing Safety & Fun together with local non-profit and state-funded organizations for a brand new day of education! Attend our Safety Awareness Day and meet with local firefighters, police, trail safety organizations and many more. Participate in a "Touch-a-Truck", plus watch helicopters land and take off right from park property!
Everything is included in your regular park admission. No reservation needed.
Hero Appreciation Days
September 8th, 15th & 22nd 2024
All Military, First Responders, Police, Firefighters, EMS, and Medical Professionals get FREE ADMISSION on our Hero Appreciation Days! Plus, spouse/partner + immediate children ages 3-17 are only $29.99 each at gate. Ages 1 & 2 are always free!
