No, you do not. You can upload a photo to your account and use your mobile phone to scan into the park. If you wish, you can swap your digital season pass for a season pass card. Please bring your season pass voucher printed or on your mobile device for entry and benefit redemption. If you renewed your current season pass card for the 2026 or 2027 Season, please bring it and scan right into the park!
Yes, Platinum Passholders should visit their home park first. If you renewed your season pass, you do not need to visit your home park before visiting sister parks. Your Platinum Souvenir Cup can only be picked up at Story Land/your home park.
Yes! One free friend and one $10 friend can be redeemed on the same day so long the passholder visits on an eligible date for their pass level. Example: Gold Passholder can visit on a Sunday in June and redeem one free friend and one $10 friend.
2026 Platinum Passholders (purchased prior to August 2026), stop by Guest Services at the front of the park to scan your pass and pick up your Platinum Souvenir Cup.
2027 Platinum Passholders (purchased August 2026 and forward) can pick up their Souvenir Cups at Guest Services on their first visit to the park in 2027.
Platinum Souvenir Cups cannot be picked at any other locations or parks.
A Season Pass gives one guest unlimited access to the park, all season long!* Some pass levels come with the added benefits of bring a friend free tickets or discounted admission for only $10 on select days. A valid form of admission is required for any guest entering the park (ages 3 & up). Season Passes are not transferrable.

Your 2026 Platinum Season Pass comes with 3 Free Friend admissions to be used at Story Land only. The Platinum Passholder can use one Free Friend admission per day, up to a total of 3, on any day their 2026 Season Pass is valid. Passholder must be present.
2027 Platinum Passholders (purchased August 2026 and forward) can use their free friend admissions beginning in 2027 only.
All unused season passes will expire after the date listed on the season pass. Season Passes are non-refundable.
