Yes, Platinum Passholders should visit their home park first. If you renewed your season pass, you do not need to visit your home park before visiting sister parks. Your Platinum Souvenir Cup can only be picked up at Story Land/your home park.
Select benefits become valid in 2027 only. These benefits are the Platinum Souvenir Cup and free friend admissions for Gold and Platinum Passholders. All other benefits like Free Parking, discounts on food & beverage, admission to Happy Hauntings, etc. are valid in both 2026 and 2027.
No, you do not. You can upload a photo to your account and use your mobile phone to scan into the park. If you wish, you can swap your digital season pass for a season pass card. Please bring your season pass voucher printed or on your mobile device for entry and benefit redemption. If you renewed your current season pass card for the 2026 or 2027 Season, please bring it and scan right into the park!
Yes! One free friend and one $10 friend can be redeemed on the same day so long the passholder visits on an eligible date for their pass level. Example: Gold Passholder can visit on a Sunday in June and redeem one free friend and one $10 friend.
2026 Platinum Passholders (purchased prior to August 2026), stop by Guest Services at the front of the park to scan your pass and pick up your Platinum Souvenir Cup.
2027 Platinum Passholders (purchased August 2026 and forward) can pick up their Souvenir Cups at Guest Services on their first visit to the park in 2027.
Platinum Souvenir Cups cannot be picked at any other locations or parks.
A Season Pass gives one guest unlimited access to the park, all season long!* Some pass levels come with the added benefits of bring a friend free tickets or discounted admission for only $10 on select days.
