Your safety, and the safety of our team members, is always our top priority. To ensure a seamless entry into the park and for the most enjoyable visit possible, we’ve enhanced our security procedures for the 2023 season. We want to help you be prepared before you visit the park.
New for 2023, Story Land is enhancing our security standards and all bags, coolers and stroller/wagons will go through a security screening at the front of the park prior to entering. To reduce wait times into the park, we ask you bring only necessary items in a bag no larger than 15” x 15” x 15”, bags needed for childcare supplies and medical bags larger than this size will be permitted into the park. Guests are still welcome to obtain a handstamp at the exit of the park for reentry but all reentry will be subject to additional screening.
Story Land allows one bag per guest with a maximum size of 15” x 15” x 15” into the park, in addition to one soft sided cooler 12”x12”x12”. Exceptions will be made for bags holding child supplies and medical bags. No alcohol or glass containers will be permitted. Hard-sided coolers are not allowed into Story Land.
Story Land allows sealed non-alcoholic drinks (no glass) into the park and empty water bottles for filling inside the park. Open beverages should be finished prior to entry.
No weapons or dangerous items will be allowed into the park.
Story Land will accept only electronic payments such as debit cards, credit cards, and mobile payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay. All you have to do is swipe or tap to pay at any admissions office, food stand, gift shop, or park game – no digging for change to pay or waiting for cash back from our staff.
Only have cash? You’re still covered! Guests will have free access to multiple easy-to-use Cash to Card kiosks conveniently located throughout Story Land. You can transfer your cash free of charge onto a card, use it throughout the park, and if you have money left over, use it anywhere else that cards are accepted.
