  • First-time Passholder? What You Need to Know

    Thank you for choosing to become a Season Passholder! Here's some helpful tips to get you started:

    • During your first visit, you will need to have your photo taken. To do this, simply bring your season pass voucher that you received via email to Guest Services at the Main Gate. There,  you will have your picture taken and added to your account. If you wish, you can replace your digital/paper season pass for a season pass card for future visits. Please note, the Passholder must be present.
    • Your perks are automatically loaded onto your season pass account from the moment of purchase. Simply show your Season Pass to redeem your perks at any applicable locations.
    • Bring a Friend tickets / Guest Tickets can be redeemed on the day you are using these perks at gate only.
    • If you lose your Season Pass card (if you opted for one), stop by Guest Services for a replacement (small fee required).


  • 2024 Preseason Pass Processing

    Don't waste time waiting to process your Season Pass on opening day; visit during one of our Preseason Pass Processing dates! New passholders will have the opportunity to set up your Season Pass Card, or renewing passholders can come to update their photo. We’ll have character meet & greets plus some 70th Celebration Season giveaways! Platinum Passholders can pick up their FREE souvenir cup during this time, too.

    • Saturday, May 18th from 1PM to 4PM.

    New Passholders: Do I need to Process?

    Welcome to the club! As a new Passholder, you need to get your photo taken and added to your account. You can stop by Guest Services any Preseason Pass Processing Day or public operating day to have this done. We suggest taking advantage of our Preseason Pass Processing Days, as processing lines are shorter, and so you can skip this process and get right to the fun when you first visit us this season! 

    Renewals: Do I need to Process?

    Thanks for renewing! Your 2023 Season Pass card has been automatically updated with your 2024 information and is ready for opening day. However, you can stop by the park during any Preseason Pass Processing Day to update your photo if you wish!

    How do I get my 2024 Platinum souvenir cup?

    Platinum Season Passes include a custom 2024 70th souvenir cup. You can pick up your souvenir cup during any Preseason Pass Processing Day or public operating day at Guest Services.

    How do I get my other perks? 

    All the perks associated with your 2024 Season Pass are loaded onto your season pass! 

    If I can get my Season Pass processed during my first visit, why do Preseason Pass Processing dates exist? 

    Preseason Pass Processing dates allow you to save more time for fun once the park opens for the season! By getting your Season Pass Processed early, you won't have to waste time on an actual park operating date. Lines can become lengthy at Guest Services on park operating dates early in the season. You can also upgrade your Season Pass on any of these dates. Please note: the park does not operate on Preseason Pass Processing dates.

    I purchased a Season Pass, what's next?

    New Season Passholder:
    During your first visit, you will need to have your photo taken. To do this, simply bring the confirmation voucher that you received via email to Guest Services. There, you will receive your physical Season Pass card that you will use for admission into the park this season.

    Renewal Season Passholder:
    If you renewed for the 2024 season or when you renew your Season Pass next season, you can continue to use the same card!

    How do I get my perks?

    Your perks are loaded automatically onto your Season Pass at time of purchase. Simply show your Season Pass card to redeem your perks at any applicable locations within the park.

    What if I lose my Season Pass Card?

    If you lose your Season Pass card, stop by Guest Services for a replacement! (small fee required)

    How do I upgrade my Season Pass?

    It is easy! Visit Guest Services at the front of the park to upgrade your pass to a higher level.

    Will my unused 2023 Season Pass be valid in 2024?

    All unused season passes will expire after the date listed on the season pass. Season Passes are non-refundable. 

    Can I upgrade my Day Ticket to a Season Pass?

    You can upgrade your Day Ticket the same day you are visiting, at Guest Services at the front of the park.

    How do I update my payment information?

    It's easy to update your payment information or pay off your Season Pass purchased on a payment plan! Grab your confirmation number and click here to get started. Need help finding your order confirmation number? Contact us

    How do I update my profile?

    Want to continue to receive emails with information and offers that are relevant to you? Be sure to update your profile regularly - it's easy! All you have to do is click ‘Update Profile’ at the bottom of any Story Land email that is sent to you. It's important to keep your email, phone number, and address up to date!

    How many people does a Season Pass cover?

    A Season Pass gives one guest unlimited access to the park, all season long!* Some pass levels come with the added benefits of bring a friend free tickets or discounted admission for only $10 on select days. A valid form of admission is required for any guest entering the park (ages 3 & up). Season Passes are not transferable.
