Story Land to Host Exclusive Pokemon Go Event

Glen, NH- Story Land has jumped on the Pokémon Go craze with their very own after hours event this Friday, July 22nd from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. Grab an Exclusive Pokémon Go Event ticket at StoryLandnh.com for only $9.99 and venture through the Land Where Fantasy Lives while catching all the Pokémon you can! With 23 PokéStops at the park, Story Land will be dropping over 50 lures throughout the event to attract Pokémon! Players can hatch eggs on over 6km of pathway, advance levels, battle the Humpty Dumpty Gym, catch Pokémon and have fun! Story Land encourages you to wear your team colors and take photos as you catch them all! The Huff Puff and Whistle Railroad and the Buccaneer Pirate Ship will be the only two rides operating during this event. Where else are you required to ride a pirate ship to collect a PokéStop…not to mention you will be catching Pokémon from a boat! Cell Service is required for this event; WiFi is not available at Story Land. Verizon coverage is strong but other carriers can be weak in different areas of the park making it difficult to collect PokéStops. If you aren’t a Verizon customer, don’t worry, it seems Pokémon can still be captured on low service…just make sure to stock up on Pokéballs! Story Land will be providing a charging station at the front of the park for your convenience. Make sure to carry your charger if you feel you'll need it! Tickets to Story Land’s Exclusive Pokémon Go Event will be available online all the way through the event but they encourage you to purchase in advance to ensure availability. Story Land invites all ages to participate in their safe family friendly event but please note anyone 12 and under will need to be accompanied by an adult. Ages 7 and under are free with a paying player!
