Bamboo Chutes

Bamboo Chutes send you splashing for the camera. Once upon a time, in a magical bamboo forest, there was a log flume beloved by all the pandas of the land. It was a special log flume that the pandas would take turns riding and smile for the camera in a competition to take the funniest pictures. It was the pandas’ precious secret, and their favorite game to play with a giggle and a splash – until now, that is! Now you too can ride the Bamboo Chutes right here at Story Land with all your favorite people, taking turns to try to get the best picture. On the way down the silly slide, you’ll rush down the hillside, weightless and full of wonder while momentarily transported to the Far East.

As long as children are at least 36” tall, they can ride with a Supervising Companion (at least 14 years old) – all the better for taking the funniest family photos! If you’re at least 48” tall, you can even swish down the Bamboo Chutes alone, and compete with new friends to have the best smile. However, since the Bamboo Chutes are always in a hurry to carry new friends down the falls, they’re always in motion. You’ll have to be as quick as a playful panda to catch a ride, meaning riders must be able to walk on their own in order to board. But don’t worry, catching the ride is the hardest part, as the trip up and down the special chute is as smooth as flowing water.
